Early Access Coming Soon!

Hey everyone! I just want to impart some exciting news about Lysandra and the Goblins and explain my thought process about deciding to go into Early Access.

Originally I planned to release a demo, a few trailers and then release the full, finished visual novel after a few months of manic work. In retrospect, this was an extremely optimistic plan for a novice amateur developer with a day job working on his first VN (with collaborators who also have other obligations). Development is progressing, even though it is slower than I expected. I see people asking for more regular updates and I want to be able to show the progress that is being made.

So now I'm intending to release an early access version of the game very soon. It will include 4 more fully voice-acted sex scenes (with some extra voice SFX for the two existing scenes) and include about two-thirds of the story. It will be modestly priced and let you download any future updates, as well as the finished version when it's released (by which point I am hoping to get it on Steam as well).

This way I can show you guys tangible updates to the game as they are being made instead of just the occasional announcement or teaser, so you can see how the development is continuing.

I am hoping that the early access version will give those who are passionate about the VN a chance to support me if they want and help me recoup some of the cost of development, and also give me feedback as I put the finishing touches on the VN. This will include tweaks people are interested in. I know I'm not going to please everyone but with more feedback, I can hopefully please as many people as possible. If you would rather wait till the game is finished before shelling out a few bucks, that is fine too!
